Marble steps can be laid. However, the bonding layer between the steel plate and the stone of the stair step should be properly handled. Usually two problems need to be solved, one is the resonance problem, and the other is the bonding strength problem. A more mature method in construction is generally to weld two 10MM steel bars (or steel strips) on the steel plate step first, and then weld the wire mesh.
