1. Preliminary preparation: Determine the appropriate heating temperature and time according to the type and thickness of the sintered stone.

2. Cutting and grinding: Determine the angle and curvature of the hot bend according to the design requirements. Accurately cut the sintered stone to ensure the accurate shape after hot bending, and grind the edges.

3. Hot bending molding: Place the sintered stone on the preset curvature mold, send it into the heating equipment, and control the temperature to gradually increase. When the sintered stone reaches the appropriate temperature, use the shape of the mold to slowly apply pressure to allow the sintered stone to bend according to the preset curvature.

4. Cooling and shaping: After heating, keep the bent material in the mold to cool naturally. The cooling process generally takes several hours, and the specific time depends on the thickness and size of the sintered stone.

5. Post-processing: Remove the bent sintered stone from the mold, and perform necessary trimming and polishing on the bent rock slab material to ensure that its surface is smooth and consistent. Clean the surface to remove dust and stains.

Application scenarios: circular dome, corridor, curved background wall, round column, spiral staircase
